Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project pertains to the maintenance and management of street lights and their ancillary facilities within the Lingang Special Area (excluding some municipal access roads in Nicheng, Shuyuan, and Wanxiang Towns). 合同履约期限：本项目服务期限自2026年1月1日起，期限三年，采取一次招标三年沿用、分三个年度分别签订合同的方式实施。        

The Contract Period: This project features a three-year term (starting January 1, 2026), implemented via a one-time tender followed by three separate annual contracts.
